Taka Beta's Terms and Conditions — Please read before you start

• Playing on behalf of another person or using someone else's funds is strictly prohibited.
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold to another person.
• Account information must be kept up to date at all times. If any details change, please notify our support team.
• Inactive accounts (no login for more than 12 months) may be suspended automatically.
• Taka Beta reserves the right to investigate or temporarily suspend any account involved in suspicious activity.

4. Deposit & Payment Policy

Deposits on Taka Beta can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved payment methods. All transactions are processed in BDT.

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 100. Maximum limits may vary depending on the payment method.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Depositing from a third-party account is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.
• Deposits are normally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay, please contact the support team.
• Taka Beta does not charge any deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5. Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawing your winnings from Taka Beta is quick and straightforward. However, the following conditions apply:

• KYC verification on your account must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 300.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• To withdraw your bonus balance, you must first fulfill the applicable wagering conditions.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• In cases of suspected suspicious activity, Taka Beta reserves the right to delay withdrawals pending investigation.

• Taka Beta reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Not all games may be playable with bonus balance — eligible games will be listed in the bonus terms.
• Once a bonus expires, the balance will be automatically removed from your account.

7. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games on Taka Beta operate using RNG (Random Number Generator) certified technology. Every game outcome is completely impartial and cannot be manipulated by anyone.

• The use of bots, automation software, or scripts of any kind is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion with other players or any attempt to exploit the system is strictly prohibited.
• In the event of any dispute over a game result, Taka Beta's system logs will serve as the final and definitive record.
• If a game is interrupted due to a connection issue, the matter will be handled in accordance with the relevant game provider's policy.

8. Fraud & Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Taka Beta and will result in permanent account closure:

• Money laundering or conducting transactions using funds from illegal sources.
• Opening an account using a false identity or someone else's personal information.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Any attempt at hacking, phishing, or other forms of cyber attack.

If such activity is detected, legal action may be taken against the individual and all balances will be forfeited.

10. Account Closure & Suspension

Taka Beta reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Taking necessary action in accordance with regulatory authority directives.

Members may also request account closure at any time through our support team. The account will be closed after any valid balance has been withdrawn.

11. Policy on Changes to Terms
